Beginners are welcome to join at any time, though please note that Saturday sessions at the University of Cambridge Sports Centre are intended for university students only.

Mat fees are £35 per month for regular members*. For visitors and new starters, the drop-in fee is £10 per session.

*Discounted training fees are available for students.

For your first session, please wear something comfortable like a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms. If you already own a dogi, please wear it.

For your safety, body piercings may not be worn on the mat and please remember to trim your nails for hygiene and the safety of others.

You are welcome to bring a drink to keep at the edge of the mat, and you are advised to do so in warm weather. Please use a sports bottle that will not spill if knocked over, and do not bring drinks onto the mat area.

Both venues have male and female changing areas, toilets and washbasins.

Please try to arrive a few minutes early so you can introduce yourself to the instructor and help put out the mats.

If you believe you may have health issues that could cause problems during training, please consult a doctor first.

If you have any other questions, please get in touch.
